All Helegrod and PVP armour pieces have the same stats and bonuses that i know of, however, the set bonuses vary a bit. The apearances are also the same.

PvP armour is obtained at Glan Vraig, there is a trader for each class. Each piece of armour will require dull stones, glimmering stones, and Luminous Spirit Stones. the amount of stones required for each piece is different for each one. I will write out the item requirements for each pvp set piece to my knowledge(i do not know what ALL of them require, but i remember the amount of stones needed for quite a few of them.

PvP chest plate, 15 dull spirit stones, 5 glimmering, and 2 luminous stones; and rank 2 glory rank is required.*****i recommend getting pvp chest instead of the heleg chest*****

PvP leggings, 4 luminous stones (probably about the same glimmering and dull stones), rank 3 glory is required.*****i recommend getting pvp leggings instead of heleg leggings*****

PvP shoulders , 6 luminous Spirit stones(probably about the same glimmering and dull stones), 4? rank is required

PvP helmet, 15 luminous Spirit Stones(probably about the same glimmering and dull stones), rank 8 is required.*****probably best to get the helegrod set, since rank 8 takes nearly half a year-a year to get*****

PvP weapons, 4 or 6? luminous stones required (probably about the same glimmering and dull stones), rank 5 required, *****i am not yet sure whether heleg or pvp weapons are best, and i recommend not getting any pvp or heleg weapons since legendary weapons are being released on nov 4*****

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Storvagun(Giant boss) - Boots
Zaudru(Spider Boss) - Gloves
Grisgart - Shoulders
Thorog - Chest, Leggings and Helm
(Thanks to Nurel for the information on Helegrod Set)

I can recommend getting the helegrod helmet instead of the pvp helmet(for convenience and cost) unless you are already rank 8. I believe the helmet is around 17-18g

However, in my opinion the best way to get helegrod set items(unless you have the money) is to get marks of triumphs and save up for 30 of them, then exchange it for a helegrod set piece.

If you have any information to help complete this guide, please reply.

Excellent write up DT, Here's the info for Helegrod Armour set:

Each boss in Helegrod drops a barter piece which can be exchanged in Rivendell for a piece of Helegrod armour. Here's the list of bosses and who drops which piece(I dont remember the exact barter item but this is what you finally get when you exchange it):

Storvagun(Giant boss) - Boots
Zaudru(Spider Boss) - Gloves
Grisgart - Shoulders
Thorog - Chest, Leggings and Helm
3 Cloven Crescent, Dolgrof, Thorin's Hall Homesteads

You get marks of triumph from fellowship quests at reflecting pools.

I like the idea of setting up runs for them, maybe we can start doing that.

I will be interested in joining up for the daily runs to get the marks. We can also have runs to Uru or CD because we will be needing Vile Coins in addition to the Marks.

Did the Mark quest today with Grim our beloved leader lol, Kamakana and another player. It was the 8.5epic quest and the four of us handled it quite easily. Maybe we can try to do atleast one every week.
